375 ml corked & caged green bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.0%. Impressive appearance, clear and deep red to purple colour, large pink head. Intense aroma of sour cherries, hints of cherry kernels, farmhouse and oak. Sour flavour with loads of sour cherries and lactic acid, also hints of cherry kernels, brettanomyces, oak and bittering hops.

Den første av to fra Lindheim denne fine Mi2-kvelden på Cardinal (okt-18), den andre var Farmer's Reserve Winter Apple. Klar rubinrød med kort skum. Fyldig og på alle måter overbevisende kirsebærpreg i aroma og smak, sammen med mandler og vanilje. Behagelig syre i avslutningen, og i det hele et lekkert kirsebærøl, fullt på høyde med de fra Belgia og USA.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy deep red with pinkish head. Aroma of cherries, horse stable. Tastes pretty sour. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel and dry finish.

KYGG 250818. Deep red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, lemon, funk. Flavor is cherries, lemon, funk, almond. Wow A very delicious beer.

Taste is dry concentrated sour-ish fruity, masses of dry sour cherries, oak, cherry stones, sorrel, berry skin, grass, hints of spices. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Lovely.

Pours deep red with a purple head. Aroma has notes of malt, cherry, tartness, funk, barnyard and cherry pits. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long slightly dry, cherry, yogurt, tart, funk and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 375ml corked. A deep ruby red beer with a wonderful looking dark pink head. The aroma has lots of cherry, cherry pits and some lemon, with a pleasant funky touch. It's full-bodied, faintly warming and faintly sour-burning, with a nice carbonation. Cherry, more cherry and even more cherry in the flavor, with some almond hints, lemon notes and a soft funkyness. Hints of yoghurt chiming in. Lasting cherry finish. A true beauty. One-tracked, but wonderful. 180825
