Bottle @ Duque Brewpub, Lisbon. Clear very dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 170718

330 ml. bottle @ Cerveteca Lisboa. BBF 09/2018. Black, thick mocha head. Nose is mocha cacao, nuts, still bit empty with low soap. Basic caca, cheap chocolate, bit empty but fair, grainy, mocha, grainy, slightly weak but fair & pleasant still beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Stas. Very dark brown to black with a huge tan head. Roast, coffee, licorice, quite dry, burnt bitter finish, a bit over-carbonated.

Tap. Tasted on the 13/11/2017 at Letraria Craft Beer Garden (Porto). Very dark brown colour with a medium tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, liquorice, molasses and some coffee beans. Taste is roasty and burnt, with pressence of liquorice, molasses and coffee. Next one please!

Black with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour have nicely bitter dark roasted malts. Rich and smooth.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate licorice aroma. Roasted malty licorice and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish.

Bottle at Merton BF bottle share 2017. Black beer no head. Liquorice molasses aroma. Some dirty chocolate. Better in mouth. Still some molasses. Some thickness. Quite dry on finish. Pretty good. Pontefract cakes. Spent coffee grounds. Dry. Hoppy dry.

Appearance: Very dark brown, some tan head.
Aroma: Dark malt, roasted, burnt.
Taste: Dark malt, burnt, coffee, burnt bitterness. Nice.

Bottled. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and caramel. Leading to a dry finish.
