IdonteverEVERwanttoBU is the double dry-hopped version of our 9.3% 0 IBU DIPA IdonteverwanttoBU. Like the rest of the IBU series, this one is hopped intensely with Citra and Mosaic. This beer is one of the highest hopping rates we use. Almost 10lbs/bbl of hops in the total batch.

Can. Hazy dark yellow. Pineapple, weedy hops, sweet malts, oats, alcohol, orange zest, marihuana, wheat, peach. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Quite boozy.

Aromas are mild citrus and pale malt. Flavors are similar to nose, sweet up front with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. A little hop or yeast burn in the back of the throat for the finish. Not bad not great. A bit boozy at the end also.

Draft pour at The Answer. Poured a murky yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was big melon, vanilla orange. Flavor was light floral notes, orange, with some light hop.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, citrus, resin and flowers. Pours hazy dark golden color with large soapy off-white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts ripe tropical fruity and peachy, following is resinous, caramelly and bready with mild medicinal note, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter.
