Spritziger, süßlich herber Antrunk. Etwas trocken werdend, die weichen Honignoten bleiben konstant. Süffig, langer Nachhall mit steigender Bitterkeit, rund, gut. 10/8/9/9//9

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy, deep gold to light amber colored. AROMA- sweet honey, malty. FLAVOR- a bit sweet, slightly bitter, malty, light citrusy tones. Medium bodied.

Tap at the Brew. Pours unclear orange with creamy white head. What looks promising doesn’t really deliver. Tart aroma and taste with metal, some tart citrus, malt and hay. Grainy finish. If they’d told me this was a sour I’d say they’ve got something going here, but as far as a honey ale go... No.
