750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle wild yeast, some rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak -- seems a bit acidic. Flavour is very dry, with lots of bone dry oak, rustic saison yeast, a hint of tartness, and some nice bugs. Bone dry, with a nice wild yeast character. Just a touch of acidity. Excellent.

750ml (thx, Alex M.!) at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: a bit hazy pale golden with a weak white head. Aroma: nice funk with 🍇 and woody notes as well as some creamy notes. Taste: funky, fruity, woody. Overall: pretty nice.

On the nose, there's a ton of barrel, and quite a bit of wild yeast. It's got a bunch of brett, nice sweet vinous note, and finishes with a lot of wood. The malts lend just enough sweetness. Solid.
