Straw colour and slight haze. Thick head. Has a pale malt signature, and then a bit of saaz coming over top. A bit more yeast to the aroma than I might want. On the palate, moderate bitterness leads, bringing saaz. Pale malts form most of the background, with a kiss of cereal sweetness. Still too yeasty for my taste, however, and that character really shows in the finish. So while I like it, the final impression lets me down.

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of crisp cereal notes with nice floral and herbal hoppy undertones. Taste is also a great mix of crisp cereal notes with some floral and herbal hops notes with a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking and very well brewed overall.

De délicats aromes de pain frais avec des effluves d’herbes fraiches composent cet olfactif tout en subtilité. Une petite mousse effervescente sur un liquide doré très clair persiste à peine. En bouche le pain est dominant, allant de la mie à la croute, dégageant un subtile toasté et laissant apparaitre de discrètes épices. L’amertume est douce et herbacée. Le malt vient adoucir la finale qui traine au fond de la langue sans être trop agressive. Qualités techniques indéniables. Délicate et gouteuse.

En fût sur place. Couleur jaune paille voilée, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme de malt, houblon herbacé. Goût de malt, amertume moyenne-faible, houblon herbacé. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
