A purple raspberry jam Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry and acai, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart acai and raspberry, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2019.

En fût au Bières et Saveurs 2019. Couleur rouge framboise opaque, mousse blanche. Arôme de framboise, miel, floral, bleuet. Goût de framboise, canneberge, floral, un peu fade, légère acidité. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
