La apricot edition è ottenuta mediante l'infusione di albicocche nel mosto della gose da matti. L'albicocca è ben presente. Il corpo esile e zelante fa si che scivoli via con facilità non perdendo mai i sentori fruttati cari al palato. Il finale è secco pulito e lievemente acidulo.

En fût au Be.Re. Couleur jaune paille trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme d'abricot mûr, peau d'abricot. Goût d'abricot, blé, légère acidité, très léger salin. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-faible.

Tap @So Good in Rome. Cloudy peach pulp color with a medium white foam. Nose is mostly apricot purée, apricot jam, milky a bit. Mouth: jam all the way, all the Gose character is there although pretty covered by the fruit.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Color pesca giallona, opalescente, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Strepitoso aroma di albicocca, intensissimo, pulito, nitido. In bocca è succosa, fruttata, sapida, con acidità contenuta, leggermente tart. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Che gose!
