En fût au Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka. Arôme de café, grains de café verts, malt torréfié, pointe de champignon. Goût de malt torréfié, café vert. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Coffee bean color with an ivory foam. Nose: rough coffee, mocha, coffee powder. Mouth is easy, no obstacles, much coffee. Nice.
