Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune paille voilée, mousse blanche aérée. Arôme citronné, houblon fruité, pointe de souffre. Goût de lime, levure, malt, acidité faible, pomélo. Carbonatation élevée, corps faible.

Enjoyed at the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run (with the poutine as seen in my picture). Pours a cloudy golden colour with a white fizzy head and a little lace. Tropical fruits scent with orange notes. Mild yeast tartiness in the mouthfeel. A mix of tropical fruits in the taste as well, with a little sourness in the middle. An interesting fruity Weiss beer.
