Double India Pale Ale brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops.
2019 GABF Gold Medal Winner! Despite the ridiculous hop rates, this Double IPA manages to find balance, thanks to the soft, creamy mouthfeel and smooth finish contributed by the complex blend of malt, oats, and wheat. With notes of tangerine, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach, and grapefruit, WWJB is bursting with so much fruit juice character that it makes you question whether or not actual fruit was added, but there is just enough bitterness to remind you that it’s still a IPA.

On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a hazy deep gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma combines mango and citrus well with some papaya, sweet onion and sweet grain supporting. Flavor is mango forward with some bright citrus, papaya and a bit of sweet onion coming through.

Hazy, opaque yellow color and a nice creamy white head. Nose with lots of tropical fruits: mango, pineapple, tangerine. Smooth mouthfeeling, overripe tropical fruits and a nice bittersweet hoppy finish. Very nice stuff, Folks!

Sweet, creamy and ripe tropical fruity with some hints of floral hops, hay, citrus and pineapple. Doesn't feel super fresh, but still surprisingly good

Can. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is oaty, some citrus, mild tropical fruits and some mild herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, some tropical fruits, mild citrus and some wooden tones as well. Oaty and toffeeish aftertaste with some fruits and mild spiciness.

6/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours hazy/cloudy pale golden orange with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, rubbery pine. Medium sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Very nice.

ABV: 8.6%. Murky medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, orange - citrus, fruity hops, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, wheat, sweet malt, tropical fruit, mango - orange - citrus, dreid fruit, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231006]
