Our flagship IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & El Dorado Hops

DDH Juicy Bits opens with hints of pineapple, tangerine, apricot, and papaya on the nose, following with notes of orange juice, peach, passion fruit and grapefruit in the taste. This intensely dry hopped version of our flagship New England-style IPA was crafted to showcase the complex fruit character contributed by nearly 7 lbs per barrel of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. The finish is soft and rounded, with just enough bitterness to balance the fruit juice character. Only available a few times a year, so enjoy it while you can!

Crowler, shared at Northern Monk. Super hazy gold. Film of white. Nose has grapefruit and mango juice. Hint of stone fruit. Creamy malts. Some lemon twang. Some bright clementine. Taste is clean and bright, zesty, citrusy bitter. Some pulpy sweetness. Light, juicy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Long, light, juicy citrus finish.

On tap at GABF 16’. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is dank and tropical fruit. Medium body, juicy, melon, grapefruit, earth, nice bitterness, very good.

Crowler, thanks to Brian! Pours hazy orange, with a medium, foamy, tan head. The nose is pine and caramel, with some mango, orange juice, and roses. Sweet and lightly malty up front, with a significant bitterness. Light to medium body, a little astringent, crisp, and clean. This is a solid, aromatic IPA, but not as good as the regular juicy bits.
