Spritziger, deutlich säuerlicher Beginn. Geringe Herbe, intensiv fruchtig nach Himbeere, erfrischend, leicht getreidiger Hintergrund. Die Fruchtigkeit bleibt intensiv, frisch, Zitrusnoten, langer Abgang. 10/11/10/11/10/11

[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Blue session. Hazy red. Berries, lacto, sour, juicy. Very good.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear reddish amber with small pinkish white head. Clear aroma of berries and yeast, with mild malty touches. Dry vinous, taste of berries with estery notes. Dry aftertaste. A decent BW. I had expected more fruity nuances, though.

Bottle, 4%. Quite acidic aroma, very lactic. Clear pale pink colour. Small fizzy unstable white head. The flavour is quite acidic, also lactic. Not as dry as some Berliner Weisses. Good fruit note. Nice raspberry.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, bright red colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity, slightly fruit acidic and minimally earthy-leafy raspberry aroma, slightly lactic background with a touch of mild sauerkraut. Taste is slightly dry, tart, lactic, tangy, minimally fruit acidic, minimally sweet fruity, slightly diluted notes of raspberry, hints of mild sauerkraut. Slightly watery texture, minimally astringent palate, average, slightly prickly carbonation. Nice.
