Hazy yellow, small off white head.
Aroma of loght nerbs, some spice, bready , yeasty malts, and crisp cereals. Active carbonation, solid mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Nice leafy hop finish with more tasy cereals.

Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big creamy head, long lasting with thick creamy patchy lace. Fruity nose (mild apricots) with lots of spices, Belgian Ale yeast and some light well-blended hops. Flavours of fruity malts, yeast and showing in the finish, grassy hops. Nicely brewed, hard to say it is not from Belgian.

On tap at Brouhaha, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of dry caramel malts, Belgian yeast, some spices and musty scents. Flavour of candied sugar and spices, some dry caramel malt and earthy, musty notes. ABV is not noticeable at all - weird flavoured. Decent.

An amber ale with almost no head. A maple/molasses aroma, very pleasant. In mouth, a very roasted nutty ale, bit of Curacao, and warming alcohol. Rich and smooth. A well done Belgian ale. Festival Bières et Saveurs, August 29 2008. 7-3-8-4-14

A golden amber ale with a thin white head. A nice sweet malt with light coriander extract, nice and pleasant. In mouth, a nice candy sugar with pleasant herbal coriander, not too strong, medium bodied. Festival Bières et Saveurs, Sept. 7, 2009. Randalized with coriander and hops. 7-3-8-3-14
