Mid-range amber body with a solid, sustained and laced off-white head. Love to see that. Nose has fresh citrus hop notes, some rind, resin and sweet malt. Taste profile is a weighty version of the IPA - Fresh grapefruit, melon and orange rind hops well balanced with sweet caramel malt and other tropical fruit. Rich and dense, with a slightly sticky mouth feel. Cherries and a touch of booze round out a stellar double.

Bouteille 600ml. Couleur orange brûlé voilée, mousse beige aérée. Arôme de résine, malt, poussiéreux, pointe de pamplemousse. Goût de malt, houblon résineux, amertume élevée, alcool, harsh. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a light beige head, good stay and creamy lacing. Fresh herbal aromas of hops (Cascade, Amarillo and Citra) with the citrus and hints of caramel malts. The taste is fruity with all the hops over the malts. Some nice bitterness in the finish, but well-blended with the yeast. Orange notes and herbal again. Not a bad Imperial IPA.
