Thnx to SinH4. Pours dark amber. Smell is strong, apples, intense, bit alcohol. fairly complex, quite sweet. Taste is less intense than anticipated. Dry, intense, apples, boozy. ends rather dry. Not as good as other Ice ciders to me, it's way drier than I expect an Ice Cider to be.

Obtained in a trade with SinH4. Thanks! Bottle sample @ Borefts 2017. Day 1. Red prune amber. Nose is sweet, clear oxidation, interesting oxidized cherry, sugar, cherry pits. Heavy oxidation, cherry prune, lingering dry, old cherry syrup, cherry dominates a bit sugar,… Nice and interesting, my first ice cider with added fruit. Not bad but very simple and too oxidized. Among the weakest that I have had in the style still nice.

Sampled thanks to SinH4. Thanks! Nice medium dark amber color, no head. Aroma is exactly what they say it is: a mix between apple, pear and cherry. Flavor has it too: a very nice mix, very well balanced, between apple, pear and cherry with a balanced sweet component. Very nice this. Very nice.
