On tap at Tapp & Kork, Molde. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of light smoke, some spices and malt. The same in the taste. Fairly soft.

Delicate one.

Pours a slightly hazy dark golden, with a big fluffy head that shows excellent retention and nice lacing. A bit darker and murky on second pour. Aroma has a light hay base, honey, estery fruitiness (though i couldn't tell exactly what fruitiness) and a smoked hint. Average intensity. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, while also showing a slight herbal/balsamic feel which i guess should be juniper. High sweetness, medium to low bitterness and a sweet finish. Possibly a bit too sweet, though a bit attenuated by the slightest hint of sourness. Medium to light bodied, definitely light for the abv, with medium to light carbonation, goes down very easy. A very 'estery' and quite drinkable/refreshing beer, something in the middle of a saison and a hefeweizen. Nice enough.

Bottle, five months before bbd. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with an enormous, dense creamy head. Aroma is fruity yeast, with hay, sugar and smokey phenolic notes, as well as spruce, juniper and wood. Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is a strange tart mix of apples, juniper and fruity yeast, as well as white bread, sugar and wooden notes. Dry finish. Pretty strange, can I have another one?

0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', bottled in August 2017. Almost clear, golden yellow with a large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, a little sourish, quite smoky, moderately fruity and a bit floral aroma of orange peel, peat, some juniper and traces of honey. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, minimally sourish, quite smoky, fruity and a bit floral taste of honey, orange, tangerine, peat, some smoked ham and a touch of juniper, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, a little tart, fairly smoky and a bit spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. A bit all over the place, quite demanding for a beer of that strength, still very drinkable and somehow refreshing. Really interesting and quite good!

330ml bottle, batch nr. 1860, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Large snow white head, rich lacing, cloudy yellow-gold body. Pleasant aromas of wood, grain, and kveik. Rather rich taste of juniper, kveik and smoked malts. Dry ending, doughy and mid-sweet. Medium bodied. Different and nice. (Tromsø 16.03.2018).
