Sunken Ledge Porter is a 5% abv traditional porter brewed with recommendations from Toby Chambers, a homebrewer who assisted in the construction of the brewery. It’s described as follows:
It pours a deep mahogany colour with a persistent tan head and there is a subtle molasses aroma as you bring the glass to your lips. The flavours that follow are of dark chocolate and coffee, in fact the coffee taste lingers pleasantly, gently encouraging the next sip. Smooth, lightly carbonated and very drinkable, Sunken Ledge is a porter that pays tribute to the tradition of a great beer style and the tradition of great friends who are there when you need them most.
