Échantillon au Bières et Saveurs 2017. Couleur rouge vin trouble, anneau de mousse rosée sur les parois du verre. Arôme vineux, alcool, pointe de fraise. Goût vineux, légère acidité, alcool, boisé surtout en fin de bouche. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Tap into a teku showing moderately filtered merlot red with white foam lacing.3 The nose shows strong red vinous notes. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Merlot forward (plum, cassis) with light astringency and a strong red wine bitterness.
