Bouteille 341ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka fuyante laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de rhum, boisé, cassonade, boozy. Goût de rhum, malt torréfié, légère acidité, boisé. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-dense.

341ml bottle (thx, Jonathan G.!). Pours an almost black with a dark beige head. Aroma is some berries, roasted malt, some woody, coffee and cherry notes. Pleasant, but non-intense. Taste is the same. Body is quite thin for 10.5% ABV. It is a good beer, but slightly weak for an Imperial Stout with such high ABV. Also, it should be consumed just slightly chilly, since when it is cold lots of aroma and taste notes are hidden.
