Bottle. Cloudy golden pour, big white head. Aroma is lemony, funky and very tart. At the beginning the lactic sourness takes over and muddled the beer. Lacks brightness and citrus notes. As it warms though, those die off and allow some soft lemon rind and lemon zest notes to poke though among some soft wet hay, and wet grass notes with some funky horse blanket notes. Low bitterness, soft tartness, and some solid funk.

(On tap @ La Souche Limoilou, Quebec City, Nov 12/19) Pours cloudy dark gold with a white head. Notes of pretty hefty funk, barnyard and wet soil/manure dominant, cheesy old hops, some sweet stone fruit, apple and grape, lightly tart lactic acid, pretty clean malt with a little cereal quality, large amount of oak that contributes to moderately tannic drydown with a bit of fruit skin vibe too. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Not really a lambic for me, just a nice blended wild ale, though there's a decent amount of variety in the former. Quite pleasant for what it is.

Powerful tasting at Salesforce, bottle
Cloudy blond colour; it's a bit cheesy, but it has some character similar to Belgian Lambic.
Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, with lots of oak barrels, and gentle acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of oak barrels, pepper, and champagne funk. Far from an authentic gueuze, but I like the inspiration. Oaky, champagney. Good stuff.
