Dégustée à l'été 2016 growler (De mes notes). .

Cette IPA est bien faite et très désaltérante. Belle couleur, belle mousse, belle effervescence... Le nez est composé de céréales fraîches et pâte à biscuit. La finale est un peu astringente mais bien supportée par une amertume bien résineuse.

Growler at Ottawa gathering. Cloudy amber, small head. Restrained grapefruit aroma. Sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit peels, pine. Very bitter finish.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. En fût au brouepub. Couleur orangée translucide, mousse beige éternelle laissant une superbe dentelle. Arôme d’agrumes, houblon herbal, malt. Goût de malt, agrumes, houblon herbal, bonne amertume. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.
