(On tap @ Folly Brewpub, Toronto, Jan 13 2016) Pours clear medium amber with a big white head and lots of lace. Aroma is sweet caramel, papaya, citrus, mango. Palate is caramel driven to an extent, orange zest, tropical, bit of papaya, becomes less sweet towards the finish. Moderately high bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel with average carb. On the more caramel and bitter side for IPAs, but fruit notes are still there from the hops. Drinks pretty well.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur orangée pâle voilée, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme d’agrumes, malt pâle, houblon fruité. Goût de pamplemousse blanc, malt, houblon résineux, bonne amertume. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-faible.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice citrusy floral hops, biscuit malt, light treacle, pleasant. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2015.
