Starting with this naturally pure Abitibi Esker water, Mons Abbey Witte is brewed with passion and devotion to time-honored Belgian tradition from a blend of malted and unmalted wheat infused with Styrian Goldings hops, Hallertau Hersbrücker, a hint of coriander and orange peel for a discrete citrusy bouquet.

Peach, banana, and mil lemon zest nose. Hazy golden, thin head. Banana and apricot flavor with a mild lemongrass finish. Tasty and delicious, but not very true to style. Good stuff.

Refrigerated 25 oz. corked and caged brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with fairly dense several finger bright white head which dissapates quite a bit. Pretty good big bubble lacing, medium body, well carbonated, and nice citrus aroma. Taste is citrus ( mostly orange), some banana, some coriander, and a hint of spice. This is a good wit.
