Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a mostly clear dark copper color with a medium white head. A rich caramel and green hop nose. A nice flavor of very sweet hops, candy, light caramel, lingering bitterness. Perfume.

Yellowy-amber, slightly hazy. Thin head. The aroma is sweet and a bit gluey. Sweet and a little bit crackery. Lots of bitterness but just heavy malts and old, dull hops.

Bouteille 750ml.

Purchased at my local Métro store (among others from this brewery available - all at once). Pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with a soapy off-white head that has great retention and lacing. The nose is really nice with fresh hop, that is not overpowering, with hints of caramel hidden behind. Real smooth mouthfeel with no burning at all, and almost no warming. Not as bitter as one would think (judging from the scent) but a nice little dry mouth with hop and some mild sugars appear in the aftertaste to balance everything. Almost like mild maple syrup lingering. Quite a nice Imperial IPA that is really too easy to drink.

750mL bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany!), pours a murky dark orange with a small off-white head. The nose is moderately hoppy, with some tangy fruits and faint caramel malts. Flavour is sweet and tangy - honey coated tangy fruits on top, with low-to-medium hoppy notes to follow balanced by some caramel malts - tangy, honey-like finish. Not so assertively hoppy for a IIPA, but a medium bitter finish. Solid.

Draft: Poured a deep copper color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of piney and citrus notes are quiet intense and enjoyable. Taste is also a very good mix between some piney and citrus hops with a solid caramel malt backbone and a bitter finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Well brewed with intense hoppy notes veering on the floral side instead of pure bitterness.
