Light english op nose with light cereal mals. Los of thing are quite light about this beer, even the mouthfeel. It’s well made but boring. Sessionable, but i wouldn’t say enjoyable.

Où, Quand, Comment : Dégustée en fût sur place sous le nom « La Succursale » (2011-11-20).
Visuel : Couleur : ambrée. Apparence : claire.
Arôme : Caramel doux, grains de malt, léger houblon herbeux.
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Faibles traces fruitées (agrumes). Une dominante maltée du genre caramel doux et de grains frais est également présente avec une légère amertume de houblon herbeux aux faibles notes terreuses.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : légèrement huileuse. Finale : moyenne, légèrement amère de houblon herbeux et aux petites notes terreuses.

En fût à La Succursale. Couleur ambrée, mousse faible. Arôme de caramel léger, de sucre brun. Goût amertume très présente, caramel. Carbonation faible, un peu sèche en bouche.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light breadish to dry caramelish. Toasted malty and medium dry. Ends bitter and light bitter. Smooth and easy.

An amber alew with a thin off white head. In aroma, light caramel malt with faint hops. In mouth, a nice nutty malt with light herbal hops, light roasted notes. On tap at brewpub August 9 2011.
