French for "Northern Flower," Fleur du Nord is a blended saison fermented with a mix of saison yeast strains, cultured microbes, and the spontaneous yeast and bacteria that reside in the walls of our 40 hl French oak foeders. After fermenting and aging, it was bottle conditioned using wildflower honey sourced from Northern Wisconsin.

Crowler from Brewdog Inverurie. It pours hazy bright gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, sour and zingy, juicy, lemon - lime, sherbet, gooseberry, white grape, funky brett action, barnyard, floral honey and some Orval vibes. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, puckering, floral, hint of honey, lemon - lime, gooseberry, white wine, splash of acidity, hay, refreshers, hay, funk and just a touch of minerality with a softer sherbety finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely stuff. Flavourful and classy.
