Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty, light bread - rye, light to moderate hoppy. Initial flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty, pale malt, sweet malt, medium dry, sharp, light bread - rye, sour - tart notes.
