Bottle 33 cl. Super fizzy pour, as noisy as a Coke being poured! Clear yellow with a lively if dissipating white head. Yeasty, dusty aroma. Medium body, yeasty, banana and clove with a dry finish. At least it doesn't feel as fizzy as it sounds. Gets cloudy if shaken - and I actually get the papaya notes mentioned. But lacks body and sweetness. 060122

Bottle in Travemunde. 4,9% Alkohol. Light haze, yellow amber, decent head - with lemon, wheat, and banana notes. Flavor is very citrusy, nice, more dry than the Munich Weißbier with a bit thinner body. Light creaminess and pretty bangin'-but-balanced bitterness for a Weizen. Refreshing indeed, it's like the Pils of Weißbier. Nice to see such a decent Weizen brewed up north!

Below avg for a german hefe. More “craft-like” which basically means not as good for this style. It’s okay, but a bit sour. Craftbier shop advent 2020
