Two heavyweights with complex flavors meet head-on in this one-of-a-kind IPA. Mosaic-probably one of the most aptly named hops-fuses an array of tropical fruit, citrus and berry with mild herbal, earthy and pine characteristics. Grady Eureka hops emphasize heavy pine, underlined by mild floral notes and rounded out with dank aromas.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice IPA, fairly classic, with notes of melon, dry pale bread, a bit of rindy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with mild resin, more pale bread, tangerine, melon. Good stuff.

A lot of bitter hops. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Bitter end but fruity like smoothies at a wake. Tap at Snally.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. It pours clear yellow – gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, sweet, tangerine, orange, tangy marmalade, resin and gummy bears. The taste is dry, fairly clean, crisp, bitter, floral, pine, toasty grain, soapy grapefruit, resinous, boozy kick, earth and cereal with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent elements to it, but didn’t stand up to plenty of IPAs at this event. Not bad anyhow.
