Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. a deep purple red coloured pour with a deep pink purple head. Aroma is intense tart berry, blueberry, funky lacto, brett, tart red berries. Flavour is intense sweet sour, puckering blueberry, ribena, Palate is sticky sweet, sour, fruit smoothie, uber dry finish. Insane stuff.

7-5-8-4-16 On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours deep dark purple, with an enormous creamy purple head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of blueberries, hay, currants, grapes and tannins, as well farmyard, musty fruits and wooden notes. Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, blueberries, musty fruit peel, grapes and tannins, as well as minerals and wooden notes. Lingering tart blueberries and minerals in the finish.

Tap. Pours almost black with a medium heavy saturated purple head. Aromas tart blueberries, vinous notes, some funk, almonds. Taste is tart, very tannic, blueberries, vanilla, almonds, light cheesy, subtle bitterness in the very dry finish.
