330ml bottle, batch #147(?), bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord, Bodø. Fluffy white head, spotty lacing, cloudy golden body. Moderate smell of saison fruits, pale malts, and banana, dry. Spiced orange fruity taste with hints of yeast. More sweet than bittersweet fruity ending, noticeable alcohol. Fine depth. Satisfying (Tromsø 28.03.2018).

Bottled 330ml (Vinmonopolet)
Hazy yellow colour, small steady white head. Fruity (pear, apple), Belgian yeasty nose. Medium-bodied. Pear and green apple in the sweetish flavour. Some alcohol, low on bitterness. Decent Belgi-effort to drink once.

Bottle 750ml (Vinmonopolet). Hazy orange color, good creamy off-white head. Spicey, dry yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity, spicey, dry yeasty flavor. Fruity, a bit messy.

Bottle at home. Has a hazy dark straw colour with a creamy light beige head. Aroma of pale malt, dry hay, white bread, floral, phenols, lemons, chlorine, alcohol and hint of pepper. The flavour has more grass, dry hay, alcohol, grassy hops and white bread. Dry ending. Has a slick and soft mouthfeel, medium to full-bodied, and a medium to heavy bitterness. Quite hoppy but tasteful. Would be great to hearty dishes.

0.33l bottle from a fantastic handwritten #147. Nice! In the glass this one pours a soft cloud near glowing orange colored body with a small to medium sized off-white head. Soft dots down the sides. It smells Belgian alright. Yeasty, a little bit of candied sugar, banana and apple. Kinda sweet on the nose, and I quite like it. Tastes much the same. Dryer in the taste though. A little tannin drying in the mouth - on that border of astringent. Green unripe grapes, a little alcohol. White sugar. It's nice and oily in the mouth and it's just above average on the carbonation. Smells a little better than it tastes really. Doubt I'll be having this again. 03.06.2017

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Batch 85. Drukket på Bergstua 1 Jun 16. Brungrå. Uklar. Middels høyt kremaktig skum. Lett krydret aroma. Smaken samme krydder. Blir tørr etter hvert. Forseggjort etikett. Klumpsedimenter i siste kvelling. Bra - men litt anonym.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Golden colour, mediumsized white head and quite bubbly carbonation. Aroma is sweet fruits, mild alcohol as well as some citrus and mild gluelike sweetness to it as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, mild spices, some spruce as well as some sweet malts and mild alcohol. A bit too sweet, and gets sweeter as it warms up.

500 ml bottle, batch #072, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.5%, 30 IBU. Cloudy golden colour, huge white head. Strong aroma of Belgian ale yeast (too much), sweetish over-ripe and decaying fruits. Too much carbonation. The flavour is otherwise okay, slightly sweet, with yeasty and fruity notes, and a little hops in the finish. Less yeast in the next batch, and the beer will be better.
