Wow, nice. Funky. Little bit of sourness. Feels quite dangerous.

Hazy amber, no head. Rich aroma of fermented apples, cellar, hint of sulfur. Dry and tasty, a tad watery and short, but drinkable, fruity. A lot of apple.

Tap at the Full Monty. Hazy medium gold color. Still. Dry, tart, citrus, bretty funk, apples, skins. Tart and dry flavor, bit of acidity and nail polish. Just enough sweetness.

Gravity tap at Hereford Beer House. Shared with Finn. Bright golden body, bubbles on the surface, scattered lacing. Promising smell of mid-dry apples. Mixed taste of apples and pears, light acidity to it. Has got a pear bitterness to the finish. Satisfying. (01.02.2020).
