Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, 2017 - London. Pours murky red-amber with a foamy, off-white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of ripe raspberry, mellow tartness, somewhat musty bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart, juicy, quenching finish. Not bad.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is sour red berries, candy, hint of vinegar, tart brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, cherry, woody raisin, nutty malts. Palate is semi sweet, drying grain tannin.

Pours murky brown with no head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, toffee, tartness and vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak and tartness. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ Warpigs Brewpub, Flæsketorvet 25, Copenhagen, Denmark 1711. [ As Arizona Wilderness Pecan Pie Oud Bruin ].ABV: 8.2%. Hazy - murky matt medium brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, sour, toffee, fudge, light pecan - vanilla - nuts. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fudge, sweet caramel, toffee, sour, acetic, pecan - vanilla - nuts. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light phenol - vinegar. [20180510] 7-2-7-3-14

Keg at Warpigs, CPH, 10/05/18. Murky ditch water brown with little in the way of a head ....not a looker ! Nose is bitter sweet maple syrup, toffee, earthy, dried fruit skins, red berry must. Taste comprises dried fruits, pecan pie notes, vinous, red berry funk, oak, mellow bourbon infuse, cherry skins. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter sweet climax. Decent enough sour.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Lite mörkare murken brun i färgen med smutsvitt/beiget skum. Toner av röda bär, rödsvinsvinäger med lite nötiga inslag av pekan, hasselnöt och nötcreme. Lätt funkig. Gillar verkligen idén och tror pekanen kan gifta sig fint med en oud bruin, men tycker inte det blir mitt i prick här.

Tap. Ugly brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, lemon, oak and dark fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, oak, wood, dark fruit, sour fruit and vinegar.
