Beer of golden color, moderately turbid and with a white, discreetly persistent and of variable density foam.
On the nose, hops begin dominating with lime, mango, papaya and other sweet fruit aromas. Also included are notes of resins, cypress, and cut grass. Very quickly, however, good grades of malt can be perceived in form of support which efficacy cannot be denied. Toasted aspects, bread crust, sweet bakery and some little-made caramel can be appreciated.
In the mouth, the hops are dominant with a bitterness that begins moderate and that increases until reaching a remarkable intensity.
The texture comes to counteract this aspect with great solvency. The beer remains clearly decanted towards the hops with a good aromatic counterpart.
I would highlight the combination of texture and bitterness as well as the aromatic profile that deserves special attention. In particular it can be said that the aromatic palette varies depending on the olfaction distance

On tap @ BierCab. This is a blurry looking one, golden straw yellow colored and a nice big dense white head on the top. On the aroma I get only soft floral tones. It's quite mild. Could be the fact that it's really cold, but I'm having difficulties getting any real aroma through the big white head. Perhaps if I drink some of it first. The taste has a mild buttery diacetyl thing going on. Mild caramel, something floral in the taste also. Light oily in the mouth and it's about average and slightly growing on the carbonation. Easy to drink, not sure I want to go back for seconds though. 05.08.2014

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow to light orange color, huge foamy soapy off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts, somewhat hoppy and a touch of orangepeel. Taste lightly malts, light to moderately hoppy, moderately bitter. Decent body, firm fizzy carbonation. Hmm ok beer apart from the annoying carbonation.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 15.11.15. Slightly hay straw colour. Foamy and persistent off-white head and lacing. Lots of citrus in aroma - lemon, lime and orange, as well as some woody, pale malt. Similar taste, with a hint of wheat. Citrus bitterness is lingering on. Quite carbonated. Well balanced, with good drinkability.

330ml bottle at home from my Secret Santa Clockk, many thanks. BB 03/2016. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells of herbs, lightly rubbery, some sweetness, some fruits, lychee, kiwi, acidic, almost sour. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sour, light funk, not sure this is supposed to taste that way, not unpleasant though. some fruits, herbal, oranges, light spices, rubber. finishes dry and with some herbal / citric bitterness. has some sourness to it, rather herbal and with some rubbery notes. overall not too bad, but also not so special.
