0.5l bottle from #165. This one pours a really good looking cloudy as heck, yet glowing orange colored body with a tall almost fluffy slowly foaming and quite lacing just off-white head on the top. Nice nose also. It's definitely saison yeasty, straw, clementines and oranges. Mild sour raspberries also here. Yogurt. Nice and just a little bit different. It's quite high on the carbonation this, kinda grows in the mouth. Lots of grainy flavors going on in the taste. It has this slightly lemonic sourness, like sour citrus fruits. Unfortunately the grains ruins it a little too much. Again, traces of sour raspberries in the taste. Wild forest yogurt in the somewhat long grainy tail. Like it more and more, but I wish that massive grainy rush wasn't there. 16.07.2016

Tåkete lys brun med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lykter syrlig sitrus og eple, noe åker. Middels fylde. Syrlig smak, eple og sitrus. Middels lang, noe tørr avslutning.

Nice tasty and refreshing ale.
Lovely unclear dark yellow color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and acidity. Lactic, yeast, citric, fruity and some biscuit in the flavor.
