0.33l bottle from #000108. This is a cloudy orangey golden looking one with a huge lasting and lacing white head. Smells kinda old. Definitely chalky. I get hints of cardboard and stickers. Not a very memorable or fantastic nose to be honest. Yeah, it's definitely over carbonated and it has a thin oily feeling in the mouth. The first thin I get in the taste was sout lemonade. Not necessarily a bad thing, but when it's supposed to be a pale ale, not so good. There's definitely a soft mild infection going on here. Leaving the bottle alone it wants out and on the floor. Soft dry finish, some leafs and hints of citrus. Grows on you, but not a beer I'd seek out for a second go. 08.08.2014

Some straw and faint vegetal notes on the background. medium bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a pale ale with low flavour complexity.

33cl bottle as a gift a from Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Medium hoppy and fruity aroma with yeasty notes, rather mild citrus, malt and some herbal hints. Moderate sweet with fairly mild hoppy flavours and a modest bitterness. Fairly light and a bit watery, but easy drinkable. Wound be nice on a hot day in the sun I can imagine. --- Beer merged from original tick of Pale Ale on 19 Nov 2014 at 19:24 - Score: 6
