Cloudy amber colour with big soapy head. Aroma is sweet, floral, hoppy. Flavour is quite sweet with a bit of honey. Solid hop background.

Many thanks for this bottle to teddybeer. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles.

Pigs Ear. The Round Church, Hackney. Bottle from the Foreign bar. Hazy deep gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Paate is light and crisp. Dry pale malt with strong grain and lactose. Mild orange peel and grapefruit citrus. Dry finish.

Bottle at Pigs Ear 2013. Hazy gold lasting white head. Sherberty hop. Touch of plexiglass on the aroma and flavour. Ok but a bit of plastic. Goid solid Sherberty hop.
