Amber with off white head - Malt aroma with some hints of caramel - Malt body with some hints of caramel with a spicy herbal hop flavour with some bitterness - The malt and herbal hops goes into the finish - This was ok

0.5l bottle from #? Doesn't say on the bottle.. Anyhow, it's quite a cloudy looking one this. More bronze than amber in color and on top a small quite hefty lacing beige top. On the nose it has a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of candy, a little bit of plastic and a good dash of diacetyl. Buttery and dry all in one, but it's still not directly bad to nose at. It has a nice roastiness and dryness in the taste. Almost like bitter green coffee beans. Haven't had those in a while. It has a mild oily texture in the mouth and it's just about average on the prickling small bubbled carbonation. Red berries, some biscuits. Ends watery with a roasted bready hint. Tastes quite alright, but no huge masterpiece of a amber. 18.03.2016

Flaske 500ml fra dagligvarebutikk i Trondhjem. Drukket hos Kjersti’s 23 Jul 15. Mørk rødbrun. Høyt tett skum. Svakt søtlig fruktaroma. Hint av malt. Smaken “lett”. Preget fra aromaen fortsettes med tydeligere maltkarakter. Anonymt - men sikkert et bra matøl.

Bottle at home. The color is clear dark amber, and has a beige head. Careful aroma of caramel, bread and wood. The flavor has more hops, grass, leather and grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, light body, and a balanced bitterness. A decent ale with a hoppy taste, but the aroma is very light.
