[ As Burrow Hill Cider - Dry ].Clear light medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin - peal, tart apple, dry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dry, tart apple, apple, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150529]

Bag in box KØ. Yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. dry moderate apple flavor. Lacks barnyard notes- Average finish. Oily palate.

From bag in a box. Pours clear and golden yellow, no head. Aroma is dry and zesty apples. Dry, herbal, citric apples. No sweetness. Solid dry finish.

Draught @ Monks Café Stockholm. Pours tiny hazy golden with no head worth mentioning. Smell is fruity and tiny funky with ripe apples, dry soil, hay, lemon juice and leather. Taste is sour and tiny fruity with sour apples, hay, dry soil, leather and hints of white pepper corns. Mouthfeel is very dry, tannic astringent and light bodied. Plastic canister@Black Door, Helsinki. Slightly hazy deep orange colour with no head. Aroma is dry wood, some sweet somewhat rotten apples along with mild vanilla and some leathery notes. Flavour is sweet apples, on the verge to being too ripe, with some slight vinegar, yeast and mild earthiness. Dry, but still quite on the sweet side.

On gravity at Reading Beer festival, 01/05//09. A very clean cider with plenty of yeasty dryness and some tart apple fruit. Perhaps lacking a bit of rustic character, but drinkable nonetheless. Good.
