Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color, and with a dense, light beige head. Malty, faintly woody aroma with a spiced touch. The flavor has caramel, dried fruits, some spice notes and a bitterness. Full body. Long fruity finish. Decent, but not impressive. Like the spiced touch. 131129

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Clear, amber colour with a dense, off-white head. Sweet, malty aroma with dark, dried fruits, toasted malts. A herbal note. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture. Finishes dry with fruits and a hearthy amount of malts. Very clean, very malty as the rest of the Coisbo Beers.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of berries, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of pepper, malt, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

15.04.2013, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Grei.

0.5l bottle. A big, almost massive impressive looking light beige head on top of a light cloudy dark bronze colored beer. Some malt sweetness on the nose, traces of eggs right from the carton and something slightly herbal. Nice enough. Some buttery caramel in the taste. It has a above average carbonation level and the mouthfeel is nice and oily. More herbal things in the flavor also. Hard to describe what exactly. Thyme perhaps? A bit sharp, almost metallic coppery in a way and there are traces of sightly acidic red fruits. Not to much reminding me of Easter here really except the egg shell aroma, well, and perhaps the name of the beer then.. 27.03.2013

RB Odense Official February tasting. Copper with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with a note of pepper and other spices. Rich malty flavour with toffee and breadcrust, along with pepper and a little spicy heat
