On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). In bocca va decisamente meglio, acida, citrica, tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona, ma da rifinire.

Draft @ ML Italian beerfest - shared with 77ships. On retrouve peu l'effet des spontanées US, ici l'effet acidulé, même si bien présent, reste modéré.

Draft glass @ “Italian Beer Week-end #6 - Ranzani 13 Édition” CML Fontainas. Deep hazy orange with basically no head. Nose is lightly spoiled big orange lemonade vinegar, band-aid acidy, soap. Taste is puckering acidic orange lemonade vinegar, lingering puckering, thick little carbonation. Prime fruity vinegar.

Brewskival. Yellow with a very brief white head. Big green grape and gooseberry aroma and taste. Garganega is probably one of my favorite grapes and it really shines through. Balanced tart acidity and fresh citrus. Great!
