Bottle. The aroma was somewhat floral and spicy. Aroma is better then taste. Taste is spicy but you can tell it's dry hopped.

Bomber from Bruisin Ales. Pours orangey gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit, pepper and a hint of earth. Near full bodied. Flavor is a bit fruity sweet, with light pepper and some light earth in the finish. Pepper persists lightly.

Bomber thanks to jbruner’s FBW contest. Aroma is extreme pepper alongside a sickly sweet estery character. Pours clear golden with a long sustaining bone-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Taste is weirdly sweet, spicy. I’m tasting corn tortillas, lots of pepper, very odd. This is some weird stuff. Not too crazy about this one.

Rich copper coloured body with a very hazy blonde and golden glow and a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of pepper (surprise, huh?), grass, hay, yeast and a bit of floral hops - not too much malt to speak of though. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and musty flavours at first with a pungent amount of black pepper along with some curacao and a touch of citrus elements as well. Aftertaste shows mainly the grain, yeast, hay and floral notes, but bunches of peppercorn as well. Overall, a good, but perhaps too pepper-heavy beer with some nice elements, just a tad one-dimensional. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 22-January-2016 for US$8,99 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 08-April-2016.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a golden color with a large fluffy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was dryish, musty, dusty and had notes of yeast, bubblegum and perfume. The flavor was dryish and musty with perfume, bubblegum and an herbal note. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Hoboken Vine, 1/20/16
Aroma: Yeast and pepper heavy aroma, some underling, bright fruitiness as well
Appearance: An unclear orange color with a thick foam of off-white head and heavy lacing
Flavor: Peppery flavor up-front, gets fruity/perfume mid-palate, with a lingering, slightly off close
Palate: Medium bodied, with a lively carbonation, and a somewhat dry, peppery, long finish
Overall Impression: There's some cool stuff going on in this one, and it mostly works, but there's something about the finish on the flavor and the palate that feels flawed. Maybe it's the melding of the pink peppercorns with an already somewhat peppery yeast strain? I can't say for sure exactly, but I can say I found a a bit of a clash there. Still, from an overall perspective, this one does a lot of things well, and thus I'm giving it a higher than expected overall score. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts here (or some such shit like that).
