Bottle. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aromas of maple, coffee, vanilla, bourbon, milk chocolate, nutella, light roasty malts. Taste has coffee, vanilla, maple, light peppery, fudgey, milk chocolate.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has dark grains and roasted malts with some umami and coffee supported. Flavor has sweet dark grains and chocolate with roasted malts and coffee backing.

Bottle shared, thanks! Black with a small beige head. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon, milk chocolate, maple syrup and fudge. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Linh’s birthday. Black with dark tan head. Massive sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, earthy and nutty creamy coffee, massive maple, cinnamon, oak, massive bourbon. This bottle really delivers. Deep deep deep roasty syruppy sweetness. Massive sweet and deep bitter, distant gingery spiciness. Full body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared. Almost black with brown head. Massive maple, coffee, milk chocolate, vanilla, soft bourbon, fudge, light alcohol, toffee, roasted malts. Quite sweet, medium bitter, very light tart. Full bodied. Really good.

Brown bottle, 1 pint 6 ounces, trade with Éric Ducasse (merci!), savoured on August 23 2018; eye: black, opaque, minuscule ring of brown head, no lacing; nose: roasted malt, maple extract, coffee, woody, chocolate, light alcohol, anise; mouth: roasted malt, maple extract, coffee, woody, chocolate, light alcohol, light alcohol warmth, anise, light vanilla, light nutty, finale in maple extract with light presence of alcohol, full body, lightly below-average carbonation, rather sweet, lightly alcoholic texture; overall: quite likable

Big dark brown, with a thin head. On the nose, it's rich and sticky, with toffee, maple syrup. On the palate, the same thick sugary malts, and a toasted note, but then you have a shot of coffee in this…some wood. Lots of maple. The coffee isn't bad – decent balance in this, but that's part because of the heavy sweet rich malts. Good brew, lots of fun.

Pitch black colour, small brown head. Roasted malt aroma, roasted nuts, walnuts, maple pecans, chocolate, caramel; wow. Full bodied, sweet, with strong alcohol feeling; chocolate flavour, some maple, roasted nuts.
Excellent brutal Imperial Stout.

Bottle - Insane amounts of maple and bourbon. Jet brown with a rich light brown head. Big sweet maple notes. Huge and decadent.

650ml bottle (thx, Max F.!) at Josh. Pours a very dark brown with a weak brown head. Aroma is maple syrup and some coffee. Taste is veeery sweet with huge maple syrup notes with some dark fruits and roasted malt notes. Overwhelmed maple syrup, but good.
