7.6/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 7.5

Location: Firkin at the brewery, 1/17/15

Aroma: Milk chocolate dominates the aroma, fruity/raspberry lightly sweetness as well.
Appearance: Pours a light brown color with small, clean beige head and light lace.
Flavor: Leans sweet for sure, slightly tart/sour, smooth chocolate, doesn't get overly sweet.
Palate: I thought this one was pretty easy drinking, with a smooth body, and a soft carbonation.
Overall Impression: A pretty interesting experiment with this sour. The chocolate really actually dominated the underlying raspberry sour beer. I thought the fruit component was more sweet and less sour than in the original version as well. Pretty tasty.
