Flaske 330ml på Agenturet. Gylden. Uklar. Lavt skum. Lett sitrus / trearoma. Smaken syrlig frukt & bær. Tørr ettersmak. Grei - men alt for mye kullsyre.

Unclear golden color with a fine frothy white head. Looks good. Fresh and fine aroma with a fine intensity. Fine body and a bit to rich carbonation level. Made a quite fizzy mouth feeling. Pleasant acidity and a dry ending. Good complexity. Yeast, fruity, some spices, citric and some oak in the flavor.

Gulbrun tåkete med fingerhøyt eggegult skum. Lukter blomster, gjær, hvete og noe. Sur smak, men med tydelig sødme. Gjær, bæreddik, granskudd, vanilje og sitrus. Middels lang.

Gulbrun tåkete i fargen. Hvitt lavt skum som blir liggende som ett tynt lokk. Lukter syrlige bær, eddik. Minner veldig om surøl i lukt. Mye mildere i smak enn lukt. Litt fuzzy i munnfølelse. Syrlig avslutning.

Bottle, at the brewery. Mostly clear in the glass, golden in colour and with a dense finger thick white head leaving lacing. Vinous aroma, on the white wine side, with orange zest, lemon hints, pepper notes and a Belgian yeast touch. It’s full bodied, lightly warming, nicely carbonated and quite dry on the palate. White wine, fruityness, orange zest, some yeast notes and pepper hints. Lasting finish. An unusual one indeed, but complex and tasteful. Very pleasant. 170429
