Breakfast-style Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Brio Coffeeworks. After tasting a variety of their coffee, we collectively chose a specific Costa Rican bean that they are very fond of. We roasted the beans fresh at their facility, in the south end of Burlington, before immediately adding them to our conditioning tank. These beans were in contact with stout within 20 minute of roasting, and it shows. In addition, we added rum-soaked vanilla beans, cocoa nibs & lactose.

8 oz. draft. Aroma of cold brew coffee and mocha. Flavor shows me vanilla, coffee bean, chocolate hints. Full body with a creamy texture. Alcohol was mostly hidden. Nice stout!

Black. Espresso head. Smells like sugary iced coffee. Great mouthfeel. Espresso, creamy. Vanilla. Exceptional. A little boozy was
