Aroma: sweet wheat with banana sweetness and surfacing clove spiciness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet quality and underscored nicely by the clove spicy tones; finishes well blended between the banana sweetness and clove spiciness
Texture: full bodied and sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with substantial creaminess; good carb level and non-distracting
Overall: absolutely one of the better authentic true German styled hefeweizens by an American brewer. Yes, I would definitely return to this and perhaps wouldn't mind a side by side with Weihenstephaner's.

Good stuff overall. Fairly clean. Eatery snout. Moderate sweetness, nips of citrus, flaked wheat, lemon peel, banana chips. Nice depth. Could be creamier but overall it’s well enjoyable.
