Pale and cloudy yellow 1 finger white head. Picked up at the brewery. Smells nice. for sure a trappist belgian bread-like quality here with a little lactic acid. The mouthfeel is pretty good. Light and good explosiveness. The yeast totally makes itself known. has a Chimay and Saison Dupont like taste. It’s really clean. the bitterness is a little out of control for a 4% beer. It’s unique but not all that memorable.

375 stubby bottle purchased at the brewery. Cloudy gold with lasting head retention. Aroma is light lemons, weak yeast, and hints of straw. Mouthfeel has a light fizzy carbonation with the lemon, hey, grain and yeast found in the aroma. The body is as light as you would expect from this type of beer. Not bad in anyway but also very forgettable. Makes no real impression.

A golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet grassy malt with herbal hops, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light esters, coriander, very smooth. On tap at brewery.
