Refrigerated pint can from mansquito poured into a glass. Pale hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is soft tart esters, medium body, medium/well carbonated, and nice small-bubble lacing. Taste is tart soft wheat esters, coriander, and brine. Quite good.

Can from Gold Star Beer Counter: pours light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is a little spicy, nice lacto funkiness, some citrus. Taste is lightly sour, tad salty, some citrus fruitiness. Very refreshing. Incidentally, this is my first beer as a father. No real thought was put into it. I just grabbed this first.

Draught at Schilling, 9/8/15.
Moderately-to-lightly hazy body is a bright golden with strong marigold resemblances. White head is small yet dense and persistent, remaining at cover.
Wonderfully lactic nose is incredibly bright with a perfect amount of coriander in the background, light malt sugars adding honey notes and a wonderful salt-meets-yogurt finish (not that that sounds terribly delightful).
Lactic, sour and with a perfectly engaging, tight carbonation that refreshes and keeps it light. Soft honey, floral notes, vanilla and biscuity/chewy wheat notes all provide ample substance. While it dosent have the funk/complexity of Oxbow’s Saison dell’Arragosta, it’s one of the brightest, most refreshing examples I’ve had, with the salt pretty minimal (I find too much of that to be counterproductive). Really, really nicely developed lactobacillus profile here and a delicious malt flavor and texture to boot. No alcohol nor flaws. Got a growler to go.

Draft at Schilling. Pale hazy yellow, light head. Aroma is a ton of lacto, massive sourness with salt noticeable for sure. The balance is perfect for the style, sour upfront with the salt in the finish. Extremely refreshing and spot on for the style. Well crafted.
